How you can also use Dubsado

The main dashboard gives me an overview of my invoices, my monthly calendar and even the tasks that I have set for myself. I love how this is laid out compared to the main dashboard for Honeybook, which I was using previously. This main screen just seems so intuitive. I get to have a quick glance at what is going on so I have an idea of how my week or month looks like.

If you have checked out my podcast, The Heart of Weddings, then you know I’m a nerd when it comes to workflows! I love that I can set up workflows for a specific goal. When you fill out a lead on my contact page from my website, you get put into the wedding inquiry workflow. I have to approve the first email that goes out. That way I can be sure it has the correct email. I have an email for the date available and not available so I pick accordingly.

The rest of the emails are chosen from the canned email list that I have set up before doing the workflow. I have different ones that are templates of questions or inquiries I get the most of. Usually, I am sure to change a few things to create a personal touch and not just sound like a robot response.

My Calendar

I have my google calendar linked in Dubsado. The great thing is you can integrate many things so it all works together. For photographers, you can have Cloudspot, a gallery service, linked to your Dubsado. They will even give you a discount if you use both! You can have QuickBooks, your email, and Stripe all connected. So when your client interacts with Dubsado, it is all branded beautifully.
